Gaston Albergotti

President

Gaston is a graduate of Wofford College with a degree in Business Economics. Upon graduating in 2013, he commissioned as a logistics officer in the Army National Guard. Gaston began his career as a real estate broker in January 2014 and has vast experience with investment sales and land acquisition in North and South Carolina. He maintains a portfolio of over 200 residential units, numerous commercial properties, and interest in over 1,400 acres of land throughout the Upstate. He has significant experience in deal selection, syndications, and asset management. In 2020, Gaston founded CAPA Management and raised $13 million dollars for a initial investment fund which currently owns over $50 million of real estate in various asset classes in North and South Carolina. Collectively, Gaston manages over $100 million in real estate assets. As President, Gaston oversees the investment strategy of Dunean Capital Management.

Jake Van Gieson

SENIOR INVESTMENT ADVISOR

Jake is a real estate broker and investor in Greenville, SC. He started his career during the 2008 recession. Jake is partnered in over $100 million in real estate (including 1,000+residential units). He has invested in every asset class- retail, industrial, office, single-family, multifamily, mobile home parks, and land. With a recent emphasis on land amidst a global pandemic, he owns more than 2,500 acres in the Upstate region of South Carolina. He began his career at NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and became the youngest shareholder in 2014. After he started investing in single-family homes, he saw a hole in the market for a full- service residential property management company and founded Reedy Property Group in 2015, now one of the largest single-family management companies in the Upstate. Since 2019, Jake’s brokerage team has expanded from 5 to 22 members with 100% sales growth year-over-year. His team at Reedy Property Group consists of 25 staff managing more than 2,000 residential and commercial properties. As Senior Investment Advisor, Jake and his brokerage team support our capabilities through providing real-time feedback on market conditions and ensuring consistent deal flow.

Chris Harrison

VP, Investor Relations

Chris is a Greenville native and graduate of Clemson University. Chris began his career as a member of a regional valuation firm, providing valuation and consulting services on a variety of projects throughout the southeast. Chris’s professional career also includes vast experience in the fields of planning, zoning, and land use issues. Chris is very involved in the Greenville Community. He has served in numerous roles, including the YMCA Judson Community Center Board, Co-Chairing the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball in Greenville, City of Greer Planning Commission, and the Greenville County Planning Commission. In 2020, Chris was elected to serve on Greenville County Council. In this role, Chris represents a population of over 550,000 residents and manages an annual county budget of over $330,000,000. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Development Committee and a member of the Public Safety Committee. As VP of Investor Relations, Chris is responsible for ensuring that the relationship and communication with our Investors align with Dunean Capital Management’s long-term operations, vision and performance.

Leah Tompkins

Director, Investor Relations

Leah is a native of Clemson, South Carolina and a graduate of Clemson University where she received a B.S. in Business Management. Upon graduation, Leah began her career in commercial real estate serving in an operations role, focused on real estate investment services, transaction processing, and managing brokerage and third-party communications. Her experience has allowed her to deepen her domain expertise in the industrial/flex asset class and the Southeastern real estate market. For the past several years, Leah has been committed to fundraising activities dedicated to St. Jude Research Hospital. Leah works directly with Chris Harrison, VP of Investor Relations, by managing investor relations, providing financial reporting, and assisting in asset management initiatives.

Andrew Hansen

Acquisitions Analyst

Andrew was born and raised in Spartanburg and graduated from Wofford College with a degree in Finance. After graduation, he attended the Army Logistics University in Fort Lee, VA where he completed his military officer training. He served as a logistics officer in the National Guard and Army Reserve for 8 years. Following his career in the military, Andrew worked in the Automotive Industry as a logistics analyst with Tier 1 suppliers for 8 years. While working in the automotive industry, Andrew went back to school and completed his MBA at Clemson University and graduated in December 2021. In January 2023, he joined the Dunean Capital Management Team as an acquisitions analyst. As the financial analyst, he evaluates prospective real estate projects and acquisitions.
